Using Taleo on the Hilton website, apply for positions and the person appropriate to the role will contact you. They then set an interview date and I went along. It was a fairly quick process because I was already working for them.

It consisted of two people It lasted naturally, smoothly, and comfortably, for about 25 minutes. I benefited greatly from it, and it will benefit me in the future in my professional and personal life.

Easy and one round, they will ask you your experience and if you have dealt with difficult clients in past. They will also ask you if you have experience in inbound and outbound calls.

Go prepared- learn about the Hotel and Job, also, its good to have a prepared answer for questions like: tell me about yourself, your goals, how do you see yourself in 5 years
