Very fast process of the interview and easy to understand. Interviewers were very nice and asking directly about what they were looking for and what they expected in the candidates. I have had the interview with Director of Culinary and after that. Director of operations together with HR.

More a conversation than questions. Impressive method! Complex GM, Hotel Manager and DHR. Provided real past situations. How would you deal with this situation? How do you stay on top food trends? A lot leadership questions.

Multiple personnel interviewing. HR. FaB director. Chef. GM. All straight shooters and honest. Answered my questions honestly. Small tour of the premise. Everyone was very nice and again I will say honest which is important.
