I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Hilton (La Quinta, CA) in Jun 2015
Interview
I completed a video interview recently where I recorded answers to questions on my home webcam. The questions were pretty standard, make sure that you watch the tutorial video and that you are in a space with good lighting and sound! This is the first time the sales recruitment team will actually see you, so dress to impress. The company that operates the interview process is called HireVue.

I applied online. I interviewed at Hilton in Aug 2018
Interview
The interview process was not the best from the beginning, even with the initial phone interview with the Hilton recruiter, she was unfortunately 25 minutes late in calling me. But I could let that slide because I understand things happen. She then wanted to set me up on a phone interview with the GM of the Fort Lauderdale property I was applying at, and it took a while for the recruiter to get confirmation from the GM. Once the interview day & time was finally established, I had my phone interview with the GM. Everything went well (so I thought) and we scheduled an in-person meeting for the following week. The day of the in-person interview, I emailed the GM to re-confirm our meeting that afternoon. This person replied, confirming the interview. Then unfortunately less than 2 hours prior to our meeting, I got an email cancelling my interview with no explanation as to why and no indication of wanting to re-schedule. I replied asking her what day & time would work better for her to re-schedule, and never got a response. I think this was completely unprofessional and if she was never interested, could have said so from the beginning and not waste my time.
