The first stage is to make a recorded video interview. One question is given, and 4 minutes are given to answer the question. It was not a single-take interview; multiple rounds were given, and we could check the video before submitting. Within a week, we get an update about the process.

You go through a long form filling process where they want to check if you are top one percent of your country, then if you are eligible they will send you an email and ask for you to make a video about yourself. From there i didnt get a reply
