I spoke to the recruiter twice, then the CEO, then the operations team. Pretty thorough but not over the top. There was a pretty lengthy written survey prior to getting an interview asking sales specific questions.

Conducted a virtual interview with the CEO of THS. Interviewing virtually was surprisingly personal, made me feel more comfortable, and was able to exemplify my skills and experience better since I was in my own comfortable environment. I loved the process, the ease of use, and effectiveness of it!
