Pretty basic process.
They just did a couple of questions along 3 interviews.
One with a talent recruiter.
Another more technical.
A last one that was behavioral.
The process took around 1 week.
I applied through university. I interviewed at Hitachi Vantara (Houston, TX) in Apr 2013
Interview
Two rounds of interviews for college hires, one on campus and one in house. Friendly interviewers and a forgiving process. Both technical and behavioral interviews on both sides. As long as you don't completely bomb in one area you should do okay.

Question 1
How would you filter and sort an array of foods based on properties using common loops.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Hitachi Vantara (Chicago, IL) in Nov 2023
Interview
The case study was challenging but fair. Lots of good questions but straightforward. Good rapport with everyone in the room which was nice to see compared to others. I would recommend.
A Phone screening by the recruiter followed by three to five video interviews with prospective bosses and teammates. The level of seniority in interviewers progressed as the interviews went on. Finally, I had a call with the recruiter telling me the results. The team enjoyed, but the company recently went on a hiring freeze.
