Online application, following which I received a call from HR (approx 2 weeks later) - was asked a few basic screening questions, such as current employment status, salary requirements etc. following which I was asked to in and see the person leading the team I was interviewing for.
One hour in person interview in a casual, relaxed setting. Was asked a lot of behavioural and character questions, including some to get a feel of my personality. Very few technical questions.
Was informed that I have not been selected a week later as other candidates had experience which matched their requirements more closely
