I completed the recruitment process consisting of 2 interviews and then they just ghosted me. No response at all although I was as they said a `top candidate'. Please improve your communication to the applicants

Interview
Interview went great with the first two interviewers. I interviewed with their boss who was a woman, and she was very short, impatient and unprofessional. Criticized the career I'm currently at now. I knew immediately I was not going to progress in the first 30 seconds based on her tone and demeanor. Probably for the best because if you can't even conduct a civil interview you don't belong in a leadership position.
