Interview was scheduled and then cancelled just 15 minutes before the meeting time. The only follow-up I received was a generic rejection message stating that my application had been reviewed and would not proceed further.
Given that I have over 4 years of experience in telecommunications, specifically in roaming operations, and had already been shortlisted for the interview, this was quite unexpected.
While I respect the company’s decision, the last-minute cancellation without a clear explanation impacted my overall candidate experience. More transparent and timely communication would greatly improve the process.
