I applied in-person. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Holland Park School (London, England) in Mar 2020
Interview
The process is industrial. Turnover is so important that they host prospective teacher days where they present you the school and invite you to apply for potential vacancies. The interview process is very impersonal. Dozens of people turn up, they have to go through the usual interview steps but are put in a room between steps for hours, before someone comes to eliminate candidates. Reality TV style.
