Interview
I was greeted by two members of management. They were, friendly, professional, and genuinely interested in me as a person. They asked more about me as a person rather than my exact skills. I assume they wanted to do this to continue to foster a positive and friendly work environment as well as the fact that they know they can train anyone they hire to be a great employee.

Interview
The first step to the process was a phone interview and the second step was an in-person interview. After the interview, the hiring management told me they'd be in touch within a week and they were.

Interview
Met with head of Human Resources for a 30 minute Very comfortable, and friendly. The day after the interview I got an email asking to come back for a 2nd interview to meet with the team leaders. Received a call about a week later with the job offer
