Interview
First round was with CEO. He asked about my previous experience, daily activities, current target and CTC etc. Then the second round was with the HR head. After qualifying they started the salary discussion, availability for joining, offer discussion etc.

First of all there is an telephonic interview for testing my communication skill. Then a interview for skill test and also a 1:1 interview for hr department. After 3 days the call me for to submit details. After checking my background i join after 15 days of my interview.
