Honey Badger Labs interview questions

I was given a programming assignment over the email, with no time restrictions. If your answers are correct, then you will be called for the interview. Interviewer level of expertise was such that you can not get your assignment solved by someone, mug up the program and go and attend the interview. You need proper experience with programming to crack it.
