Hong Kong Tutor Association interview questions

Request the interviewee to apply for the SCRC ($140 self bear) for this position diluring the interview before the first day of work, after having the SCRC, the HR said the position is no longer exsisted due to they would not wait for anyone, the interview is for all positions in the company not the one the I applied. Sucks, this company is wasting people’s time and money. I am also wondering about the security of my data if it is not for the position I applied for.
