Phone interview -
This process started with an email inviting me for this phone interview. (After I had already submitted application online.)
Prior to phone interview I was invited to have a video interview ( via online interview company.)
This is 3 rd step in the process . After our very natural easy chat ...the interviewer asking me questions on my salary expectations ...I confirmed ...my relocation domiciles we're explained ...(questions we all expect) ..."reserve FABlife expectations"...
AFTER our phone interview I was invited to F2F in Portland Oregon. One week later .
Fist is the the initial Application process. Then, you're sent some Audio interview questions about 5 to 6 questions. The last step is the Final Virtual Group Interview where you broken up into groups to ask situational questions related to customer service experience.
It was a good experience and I learned a lot about the company and process. The interview went quickly which surprised me. But overall great experience. I like it was all virtual.
3 stages; virtual video interview, group interview & informational, 2:1 virtual interview. Video interview did not need camera and you can take as much time as you need with 3 tries to record. They got back to me within hours of each interview process
