The interview is in 3 stages. A webinar, a 1 to 1 zoom and if successful a 1 to 1 with a manager on zoom. Interview process seemed very professional and well organized.

Question 1
What you can bring. Skills you have. What you hope to gain.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Hornet Global Communications (Maidstone, England) in Dec 2021
Interview
Interviewee completely omitted the fact that we would be doing door-to-door/coldcalling/highstreet sales, presumably in order to con me into signing up for a job I would not be interested in, which is especially concerning when I detailed my background & interest in a design position which has nothing to do with direct marketing, and yet I was still gaslit, misled and "hired".

Question 1
Irrelevant questions the answers to which were of no importance to the interviewee because they were going to manipulate me to work for them regardless of what my answers were.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Hornet Global Communications (Maidstone, England) in Dec 2021
Interview
The whole process was very weird. Had a webinar for the first interview stage and had to fill out a questionnaire. I was invited to the second stage interview in Maidstone. I was told prior that to find out about the role and company more I had to go to the second interview. Upon arrival the office smelt like cigarettes and I had an informal interview with one of the staff. She asked me some questions and I asked her for more info on the role. I declined the role after finding out about more and the interviewer went on to belittle and insult me because the role isn't suited to me. DO NOT WORK FOR THEM
