I got a call from HR consultant and scheduled a phone interview with Sr. engineer. He asked only profile related questions and about my technical background. They moved with next round for onsite interview. I was late because of horrific traffic and informed 1 hour in-advance as map was showing 30 mins late to the destination. I got further late by 15 mins as it took time to locate the building. Rounds: 1. Sr. engineer asked simple questions. 2. Architect discussed about my experiences and product I worked with architecture details etc. 3. Project Manager asked normal questions and my experiences etc. 4. Director took interview about various scenarios to choose tech stack etc. Rejection reason: "I was late for interview and didn't perform as expected" I think they were unclear what they are looking for.
