Their questions, knowledge, way of driving online technical round and high expectation on theoretical accuracy showed showed lack of expertise and lack of hands-on experience in projects!. Received more of 'what is' questions than 'how' questions and no questions related to experience, resume, projects not even questions from technologies in job description
