I applied online. I interviewed at Huggs Coffee (Singapore) in Oct 2022
Interview
Overall, basic F&B interview questions, if you have customer service experience etc. They would also ask for the food safety and hygiene in particular. The location you are given for your choice isn't so flexible however.

I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Huggs Coffee
Interview
First interview with the HR Executive for the same role (HR Exec). Pleasant interview with the intention of getting to know more about the job.
Next interview was with the higher management. Interview was really disappointing. Questions posed during the interview was off tangent to what I had applied for - it sounded as if they were looking for someone for Business Development instead. An interviewer offhandedly commented (in front of me!) that it would have been better if I was hired once they have settled down more (there were plans for expansion). Didn't have a good impression because it was obvious that they were looking for someone who has more experience in Business Dev. Left the interview feeling humiliated.
