Was contacted by the recruiter. First had to do a Montage interview, where there were prerecorded questions and my answers were recorded. Then was contacted by the recruiter to have a face-to-face interview. I was interviewed by two individuals.

Interview
I have lots of experience in multiple positions offered and every position I was either interviewed via text by AI or immediately rejected 10 minutes after I applied to the position.
This is very frustrating because humans are not reviewing these resumes AI is and I’m not AI. I’m a human being that created my own résumé and I crafted the résumé specifically for each position I applied for I still was immediately rejected.
