Interview
It was a great process and made me feel comfortable. They ask you questions to make sure you understand the job. They ask you questions about medical coding. If you have questions, they are willing to answer.
The interview process was easy and the people who interviewed were very nice. I would recommend practicing the interview beforehand because there were 4 people on the zoom call and could be a little intimidating if not prepared.

Relaxed environment. I was provided with all tools to complete assessments. The interviewer checked on me several times to make sure I was comfortable or if I need it coffee or water.
