I was interviewed for a supervisory position and was not selected for the second round, I wonder if it was because I was black! There were two people interviewing me and only one person spoke, making me feel that they did not take my candidacy seriously.

Initially I had a recorded phone call in which I answered questions. Then an interview was scheduled with team.
Easy going with 3 others from the hiring team.
Took about 1 week and was offered the job

Interview
Easy, phone, then video, then in person, good questions, professional interaction, fun people to engage with during the process without being intimidating or interrupted. I enjoyed the experience very much and was excited to get an offer
The interview flowed and just felt like a conversation. There were behavior based questions requesting examples of specific situations you’ve been in along with questions that were connected to their values.
