I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Humana in Dec 2017
Interview
Very formal & typical interview process. It starts out with HR call, then hiring manager phone call. They initially profile for match to the skills/experience and then check your immigration status. They only select Green Card/US Citizenship candidates. After this multiple phone calls with peers of the hiring manager and the leader of the organization. i attended 5 phone interviews with team members. the last interview was a video interview. Since humana is big in telecommuting, i was not asked to come in for the onsite interview. I was offered the job - but i didn't accept the job because of personnel reasons.
Overall i had a very good interview experience. Very nice people and culture in the organization!
