Interview
Voice recorder phone interview. I was asked several questions. The recording would pause like an answering service, after the beep you had approximately two minutes to answer. That process repeated itself several times. I actually got comfortable after the second or third question.
There isn't an option to change the answer, so therefore speak comfortably.
After you complete the process, you receive an email requesting you to rate the voice recording. I was surprised at this interview being controlled by a machine.

Interview
After apply online at humuna received email for phone interview after about 3weeks. After phone interview they scheduled me for Skype interview that day for 2weeks later. Phone interview guy was straight to the point went really fast. Skype interview was ok, lady was moving around which it made it hard to hear her. It felt like it was bad connection because she was moving so fast. I kept having to ask her to repeat the questions. The behavioral questions sucked. They were very vague and didn't make sense. I had practiced and prepared myself for a ton of behavioral questions and situations, and I was not able to use any of them. So I really don't know what to think about that interview. It has been 3 days now. I have heard anything either way.
