I interviewed with the in house recruiter who was nice and friendly but was told in the interview I'd be moved on to the next round and that they like to complete their interview process in 7 business days. After the interview I never heard anything else from the recruiter or anyone at the company.

Interview
The first interview with the HR contact was good. The 2nd interview with the group was good, and I was told that the feedback from the 2nd interview was good, but then nothing... and no responses to my follow-up emails... and then inexplicably rejected.
Set your expectations low and don't be fooled by the positive feedback. You may be ghosted with no explanation.

Interview
Their interview process is a complete joke. First, you have to interview with their recruiter, which is standard but are immediately told there will be three more interviews. Instead of going through each process separately and making it through to the next phase, all 3 interviews are scheduled at the same time. You will meet with someone who is already doing the job, then the CEO and their "delivery manager" then finally the hiring manager. The hiring manager will make it sound like she is offering you the job, even giving you what you want for salary, and then radio silent. For this particular role, they were looking for a Salesforce Project Manager but the reason I was giving for not being offered the role was that they went with someone with more technical skills that were considered a Senior Project Manager. No other feedback and just a complete waste of time. In total, I had to take off 3 hours of work. They are a complete mess and most of their employees are new. It seems like a lot of turnovers.
