Interview
There was two levels for the interview.
First one was a phone in Interview which basically asked me about all the academic projects i had done in university.
The second was a face to face interview with ine of the developers at hyre. Almost all of the questions were behavioural and about my previous employment. I do think they prefer someone with knowledge on ruby

Interview
30 minutes phone interview with CEO.
They don't hire at the moment and want to pull all available information valuable for their business from applicants who work in the businesses with the same model they own themselves - CEO asks specific questions she has in her mind to direct the discussion the way she needs to hear the outcomes for some approaches or experience your company has taken or been through. Waste of time and desire to take a long shower after a phone call to wash it off.
Contacted me through email from a referral. It was an easy interview process, it was a skype call. They mostly asked me behavioral questions and questions on my programming skills.
