Posted on agriculture ministry web site, after that I make an preselection in a group of people more than 60 on a boat after that I was present for a theorotical lesson for 3 days and participate in an exam after that I was one of the 14 selected in Tunisia to be a national observer of Tunisia in the Tuna fishing season 2015
