I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at IMS Infrastructure Management Services (Tempe, AZ) in May 2019
Interview
The whole process felt rushed. First there was a phone screen, I found out later the person who I phone screened with was the CEO, was not told this initially, and once I found out it seemed kind of odd, but after I started working there I figured out why the CEO likes to conduct the initial phone screen. After the phone screen was the interview with the group of people that I would be working with, I had an offer the same day I interviewed. I was hired through a contracting company and the recruiter promised that I would have a permanent job with the company in 6 months if I just worked hard because he had recruited 2 people 6 months ago and that was what happened with them; I was also told this by management at the company. I was told a lot of things during the interview that ended up not being true once I started working there, so you really can't trust anything that is said during the interview by the people interviewing you! I'm honest during interviews I only expect the same in return.

Interview
Very innovative, you could tell they really knew how to get me to show the exact skills I would be needing in the job. Sample Emails, Sample voicemails, and writing samples in addition to the traditional interviews. Possibly a bit intimidating at first but memorable to say the least.
