INDEX Holding interview questions

Interview process takes too long with open ties and now answers, recruiters are ghosting people after 2 or 3 interviews or phone calls, and this happened to me and to one of my friends, i hope they have a better hiring process

I would not recommend this company to anyone, as the entire interview process was unnecessarily lengthy and exhausting. It felt like an endless cycle of rounds with no clear purpose. What should have been a simple process turned into a marathon, draining both my time and energy. I understand thorough interviews are important, but when the process drags on with little to no feedback, it's just frustrating. In the end, it felt like a waste of time for both sides.
