INVOKE interview questions

The initial technical loop was professional, but the post-interview candidate treatment is completely unacceptable. After completing the process, I was entirely ghosted for roughly two and a half weeks. When HR finally reinitiated contact, it was not to extend an offer or provide concrete feedback. Instead, they asked where I would be in three to four months. The company is essentially trying to keep senior candidates on ice as warm leads for up to a third of a year without making any actual hiring commitment. Expecting job seekers to stall their careers to act as a safety net for tentative headcount planning is deeply disrespectful. Furthermore, when I reached out to the VP who initially contacted me to politely state that the timelines did not align but I would love to stay in touch, his response was a dismissive and condescending "good luck with your future." This leadership team lacks basic professional empathy. Do not interview for roles they do not have the immediate budget to fill.
