ISDC interview questions

It was a 3 steps process. First a technical test with logical and reasoning questions then simple algorithmic questions, then an interesting role playing with another 5 applicants where we put ourselves in different situations to see how we improvise and how we can collaborate. Then it was the interview that in my opinion was just a formality.

The recruiting process has 3 stages. First, some online tests at the company office (generic ones testing logic and reasoning + C# and SQL for the .Net Intern position). Second, assessment center and 2 HackerRank challenges. Third, technical interview, which (at least in my case) was more of a background check (going over my resume).
