Interview
I went through two rounds of interviews and felt really hopeful after each one. I even gave a presentation in the second round, and the team seemed genuinely happy with our conversations. They promised to involve HR and keep me updated, but then… nothing. Complete silence. It’s honestly really disappointing and disheartening after investing so much time and energy.

How you've done at your current role. NRR, GRR, Upsell etc. We have Spanish and Italian customers so to hear you are fluent in both languages is really positive.
Where would you like to be in 12 months from now (I don't believe in the 5 years plans employers ask you for)
