Interviewers have loads of expectation. Some of the co-workers at ITI who I closely worked with are few of the best in the industry. My interview went well but the management took month to make their decision. Overall experience of the interview was good. If you are looking for position where you have work life balance then you have my recommendation for ITI Data (now) earlier Incandescent Technologies.

The Interview Process was very well organized. All the Rounds happened on the mentioned time. The HR was very Co-Operative and was quick to answer all my queries in an detailed manner.
