After 2 technical rounds & 1 HR round No clarity on CTC breakup and overall transparency, they just gave rough figure. The offered package was even lower than my current compensation, which makes no sense after multiple interview rounds. Giving barely half a day to confirm the offer or else they’ll proceed with another candidate, this statement reflects very poor hiring standards. The entire process felt rushed, unclear, and unprofessional. It was clearly my mistake to believe that a small firm with such disorganized and careless hiring practices could value candidates time or experience.
