Interview
Initial screening call, then writing assignment with a second call to discuss, and then third interview with CEO present. In addition to asking about my experience, they wanted to know my personal career goals for next 5 years and what I was hoping to achieve. I was able to ask some questions about working style between departments as well of work-life balance.

Interview
I applied online and was connected after 4 days and then invited for a technical interview. The whole interview process was online, and took about two weeks. It was very organized and professional. Overall I have a great experience.

Interview
Had an initial call with the CEO Somen... after he confirmed I was a good fit, the next step was to take an hour out of my time and complete one of those arbitrary personality questionnaires (100s of agree/disagree questions) lol.
Heard back from the CEO saying due to the results of the questionnaire, I was not the right fit; no context or explanation provided. I reviewed the findings and my “results” were on par for what you’d ever want/need within an AE candidate.
Conclusion: it seems the CEO and company will use this questionnaire as a proxy to avoid giving candid feedback in the moment (ie. the first interview) and would rather pin the “rejection” on the results of a questionnaire which can only ever tell you so much (if anything) about someone’s true potential. Time wasted.
Objectively speaking, this was a pathetic hiring process (even though it was only the first couple of steps)... likely a worse culture on the inside if this is how processes look. Very relieved to not pursue this company any further.
