Ikhigai interview questions

Llego, me hacen unas pocas preguntas muy sencillas de responder, me dicen que ya me llamarán para decir si continuo en el proceso o por el contrario me descartan. Te llaman para una segunda entrevista que es grupal y a una tercera también grupal

The interview wasn't professional at all and it wasn't individual. we were groups and just trying to live coach us to be excited to join the company. But no salary was discussed clearly, no terms of the contract were discussed which make it suspicious
