Ikon Communications interview questions

Initial communication was a phone screen interview about 3 weeks after applying for the job. Did not get feedback immediately instead I was told to wait until I hear back to get an interview. Ended up getting an interview to be told the position was only paying $35,000 for a full time hr coordinator requiring experience and degree desirable. Be realistic we live and work in sydney!

My interview process had 3 steps - an initial phone screen an in-person interview with the recruiter an in-person interview with the head of a department. All through the process, Ikon's staff were friendly, positive and down to earth.
