Hr interview and then technical interview with managers. Hr interview went very well. Classic questions asked. But technical interview was a little bit confusing. Nous technical questions. Just asked about background. Weakest point....

Panel interview. Lots of questions about past experience followed by a test. All pretty straightforward and the interviewing panel were friendly and pleasant. What irritated me was that I was left hanging and couldn't get a response from HR afterwards when I followed up after the interview having heard nothing. It transpired that they were keeping me as a reserve in case the person hired didn't show up on their first day!
