Phone screens and then one onsite interview. 15 minute phone screen to get to know the candidate. Onsite interview included 3 rounds of interviews with different people on the thermal and manager teams at the company.

Asked me to explain my previous projects technically
Short phone call. They just asked me about my background and went on to talk about the interview process. Asked when I was available. If I am open to relocating. It was pretty eash and short. the person was nice and conversational.
