Interview
They called me in for a technical interview and a team fit interview after that. They made an offer matching my previous salary despite my experience. I told them I would answer to the offer in 5 days tops. After thinking about it I called and accepted the offer only to be told that they are unsure. I waited 2 days after which they called and told me they were going to hire some fresh grads instead.
