I interviewed at Inclusion Alberta. (Edmonton, AB)
Interview
Challenging. They asked many thought provoking questions and would dive deeper into my responses. Overall positive though. In person with two staff. Typically takes about an hour to Teo hours.
The interview was very casual. A lot of back and forth, talking through situations, real and hypothetical, and plenty of room for questions. There was also a background check. Overall not too intimidating or structured and it felt smooth.
