Got the interview scheduled through a staffing agency. Was interviewed by 3 employees and they were very courteous impressed with me. They had a list of standard questions. They asked about my current job position, if i knew anything about the company, any mistakes i made in my past jobs and how i handled it, If i have been given a task with little to no information, how i would deal with conflict with a coworker, if a coworker has ever made me upset, how long it takes me to carry out a task and many more.
