The intern process was great and everyone I spoke to was wonderful. Although I was not offered the position, I enjoyed getting to learn about INPRS and would apply again in the future.

Tell us about an experience working in a team that was challenging. What made it challenging and how did you overcome it?
Got the interview scheduled through a staffing agency. Was interviewed by 3 employees and they were very courteous impressed with me. They had a list of standard questions. They asked about my current job position, if i knew anything about the company, any mistakes i made in my past jobs and how i handled it, If i have been given a task with little to no information, how i would deal with conflict with a coworker, if a coworker has ever made me upset, how long it takes me to carry out a task and many more.

Standard behavior questions no real or meaningful personal interaction. Unable to answer basic questions about why I would want to work there . Dave on satisfactory answers about the work environment and work culture
