Interview
First contact by phone. Then they sent an email to complete two tasks. One was a personality test. The other one was an English test (probably because I said in my CV that my English level was high). After that the same girl called me saying that they were interested in myself. I have to note that I was applying for a Junior Software Engineer job oportunity.

There wasn't direct questions during the phone interview. Everything they wanted to know was asked in the test.

Interview
The application was a quick process. I was scheduled for an interview days after I submitted my application. Another week to receive the result of my interview, and another to receive my JO.

Proceso rápido y directo. Desde la primera entrevista a la oferta no tardaron ni dos semanas. Contactaron conmigo para una charla inicial, después con jefe de proyecto y por ultimo con recursos humanos
