We are surprised to receive this review, as there are some inconsistencies mentioned. The day your review was posted, we had just started IBL interviews so no offers or preferences had been made. As the IBL program is facilitated by the university, we also don't make offers for this placement as placements are decided by the university. It's deeply concerning that you believe that offers are made based on characteristics like ethnicity. We absolutely value diversity and do mention this during interviews as we describe our values, however we hire based on a match with capability and culture fit.
