I have had 2 technical rounds of interview and cleared it with good performance, then hr asked me for face 2 face schedule in office and after that they would give me offer letter and date of joining on the same day. I asked her, I don't want negotiation to my expected salary, she assured me that will not be a issue. They took one technical round then 1 managerial round, manager was impressed, appreciated my skills and informed about company policy after salary negotiation. But in hr round she asked me to come little bit low in my expected salary which i asked before coming to office and they didn't give me offer letter and told me to give it next day. On next day she again told me to update in 2 days ,after 2 days she asked me to come little bit low I accepted that then again gave me time of next day and again on other day told me to give it in 1 week to discuss and result may also not be positive, if you have any other offer, accept it.As You are going out of budget according to experience of 1.9 years but not 2 years which I already told them many times. So why didn't they check that before giving me false commitments. They are fraudsters, play games with employees and waste their energy, efforts, time and money.
