There is a mobile interview with the recruiter and as assessment test that took more than 2 days to complete, before you move to the actual interview process. They will screen you from the assessment, which requires you to write an essay as well as some advanced analysis on excel.

Professional, challenging behavioral questions but the interviewer is respecting me needing to take a few secs pause before answer. The interviewer also able to provide a clear answer for my questions regarding the culture and working environment in the company.
