Interview is very process oriented.Responsible for Design and Development of new features / enhancements. Improvement in Architecture and evaluating new plgins / tools that may add value in long run. Estimation and timely delivery of the features. Code quality improvement and code reviews. Process improvements, POC’s. People Management, Mentoring and Training
