I recieved a call from the Staffing Agency regarding the job profile as SQL consultant, they said that the skillset need not to contain SQL knowledge but they will pay high amount every month after getting selected. First round was a Telephonic Interview. They asked several questions related to my previous experience and professional aspects. Then I visited the Company's HR for the other round. There I was asked to explain my current role in company and expectations from their company.
