I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Infosys in Dec 2016
Interview
Basic questions. They are least interested in knowing what you intend to learn. Dont act smart. They want people as soft as clay so that they can mold you as per their requirements. Acting dumb will get you the job. Smart wont!
FORGET SALARY NEGOTIATION. HR does not have an option to negotiate
You will attend the interview in a fair with thousands of others. They have 5-10 minutes per person and the decision is probably made in first 2 minutes.
3 rounds. Technical round TCP udp , Microsoft AD, network basics , troubleshooting for windows and network device mostly about resume that you have shared.
All about basic questions and priority base ticket resolution
It was Moderate and not hard. Where asked to write logics for few scenarios. Situation based questions where moderate in difficulty. Interview Process was of 3 rounds. Pre screening , Techincal and Hr round
The interview process was mediocre with questions on mainframe skillset and cobol programming with the client space of financial services. Also they judged the knowledge of DB2 database and pipline creation for jobs
